Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all orders (exclusions apply)*. If we receive orders by 12pm (Monday-Friday) we will endeavour to despatch your item(s) the same working day. All our items are sent with either a next working day delivery service or via Royal Mail. The type of service we use depends on the item ordered. If you have a query about how long delivery on a particular item is please contact us via phone or email. Once your item is shipped out you will receive a notification email.

* For items sent with a courier there are surcharges to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands. There are no surcharges for items sent with Royal Mail - If you are unsure if the item will encounter surcharges to your area or you would like to confirm the cost please contact us. 

If you would like to change the delivery address, please email or call us immediately after placing the order. Please note that once your item has been shipped, we are unable to alter the address and will not be responsible for a failed delivery. If paying via Paypal we can only send to your registered delivery address on your Paypal account. This is due to fraud prevention as PayPal have verified your address and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their details are correct and accurate. We reserve the right to cancel your order should this not be adhered to.

Please check the order immediately once received. If there is any problem with the order (damaged goods, incorrect items, missing items) please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We always aim to resolve issues as efficiently as possible. We understand that a timely and efficient delivery is important to the receiver. If something goes wrong, as it sometimes the case due to unforeseen circumstances, fixing the issue becomes our main priority.

Currently, we can only deliver small items to BFPO addresses. Please contact us to find out if your item can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

All our deliveries occur between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. between Monday-Friday (some items are available for a Saturday delivery). Please choose an address where someone is available during the times stated to sign for the parcel if needed. If you have not received your item in the stated time of delivery, please contact us via phone or email. If there is nobody home when the courier attempts delivery, they will usually leave a calling card. The courier will automatically attempt two more deliveries before returning the item back to ourselves. If the item is returned back to us the customer will be charged a flat fee of £10.

NOTE: Please pay via cash on collection. If you are paying by PayPal you must provide the following upon collection: 1. Proof of identification (we require a copy) and 2. Copy of the PayPal invoice.
