This website is owned and operated by Rostrad Ltd (registered office Prospect House, 121 Bury Old Road, Whitefield, Manchester M45 7AY). HomeStoreDirect, HomeStoreDirect.com and www.homestoredirect.com are trading names of the company. The terms & conditions set out below govern your use of www.homestoredirect.com and your relationship with us. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. By using this website you are accepting our terms & conditions set out below. If you are unsure about anything please contact us before using our website and/or making a purchase. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of 20% VAT, where applicable and we reserve the right to amend our prices at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. Rostrad Ltd have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action
Limitation of liability
Rostrad Ltd will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website. Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Rostrad Ltd, it's employees or agents.
All intellectual property of Rostrad Ltd such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Rostrad Ltd. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Rostrad Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website
The information is provided on the understanding the website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be relied wholly relied upon when making any related decisions.

We do not control such website and we take no responsibility for and will not incur any liability in respect of their content. This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Title of goods
Rostrad Ltd shall retain the property of the goods until payment has been made in full by the customer and received by us.
Risk of goods
The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery.
Deliveries are undertaken by third party courier companies who have no affiliation to ourselves. We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible however due to unforseen circumstance this may be longer, particularly for remote areas. The customer must sign for the goods upon delivery and must check all goods for any damage prior to signing the courier's documentation. If the goods are faulty, the customer must inform the driver and reject the delivery and contact our customer service on 0161 302 1720. The goods will then be returned to us. We accept no liability for faulty or damaged goods if the above is not adhered to. The customer must not sign for the goods. Once the customer signs for the goods they have now accepted they are solely responsable for the goods and we will not be responsable for any consequential loss, damages, costs, charges or expenses incurred directly or indirectly in the delivery and acceptance of goods. In the unlikely event you wish to return your goods, due to change of mind, we can only accept goods in the original packaging and condition. Please note flat packed furniture cannot be returned if assembled. All return costs and insurance are to be borne by the customer. Return of goods
All of the goods supplied by us are brand new unless otherwise stated. If you need to return or exchange an item you must notify us prior to returning any goods by contacting us via email to email@example.com or call us on 0161 302 1720. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery of your intent to cancel. Goods returned due to change of mind must be unused, still sealed (where applicable) and be sent with all of their original packaging. A refund will be issued. You must contact us for authorisation prior to returning any item. We reserve the right to reject any return if the above points are not adhered to. The buyer is responsable for return shipping costs and insurance and we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. If the product you received is faulty or damaged, the customer must not sign for the parcel. Upon taking control of the delivered item (s) and signing the courier's documentation, the customer has accepted the goods are in perfect condition. If you believe there might be a transit damage, you must not sign for the parcel and reject the item. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us on email via firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to send photograhic evidence of the fault in order for us to review. You may be required to return the item back to us for an inspection. The cost of return is to be borne by the customer. If we determine there to be a manufacturing fault, we will at our discretion issue a replacement item or offer to effect a repair to the item in question, or a refund. Please allow up to 7 working days to process a return and 30 days to issue a refund.
For our payments processed via Paypal, we can only dispatch goods to your verified and registered address with Paypal. We cannot be held liable if you have not updated your details on Paypal nor can we deliver to an alternate address.
Any information passed through to HomeStoreDirect.com is managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our database, this should be requested in writing to email@example.com. Please note, credit card details are not retained online. The only information stored is a customer's transaction history, name, address & e-mail address. These may be used for marketing purposes by www.homestoredirect.com and any associated websites/companies. Should any customer not want their details used for marketing purposes, please email a request to be removed firstname.lastname@example.org.
